• Where is the store based?

  Wellington, New Zealand

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yep! I can ship anywhere that NZ post can ship to, which includes most countries. Currently the only places NZ Post CANNOT ship to are listed here

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders are shipped with untracked lettermail to keep postage costs low, so shipping times can vary.
  Domestic orders within New Zealand will typically arrive within a week, while orders to Australia will typically take several weeks.
  International orders typically arrive in around a month, but can take two or more in rare cases.

• Do you offer tracked shipping?

  No. All orders are shipped with untracked lettermail, as it is by far the most affordable option for flat paper items, which is all I currently offer.

  I will at some point offer tracked shipping as an option once I start selling bulkier/more expensive items, but it will likely cost around $20USD to ship anywhere outside of the South Pacific.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
